Kwadwo Baah is the Co-Founder and CEO of XCreativs Technologies, an intelligent digital systems company building intelligence platforms and digital infrastructure for governments, institutions, and enterprises across Africa. Driven by a vision to close the continent’s technology gap, he leads the company’s strategy, product direction, and institutional engagements – building systems designed to be owned and run as long-term national and institutional infrastructure, in the model of companies like Palantir and Scale AI, adapted for the priorities and sovereignty of African governments and enterprises. Rather than delivering one-off software, XCreativs builds platforms that give an institution a single, real-time operating picture and stay in service as durable digital infrastructure.

Alongside his work at XCreativs, Kwadwo serves as Brand Ambassador and Programme & Speaker Coordinator for BITs by Premanni, a flagship initiative connecting young talent to the technology workforce, where he builds relationships and shares insight to support others on their path into tech. He is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong grounding in business strategy and product design, and a Certified Startup Founder through the Bola Ray Institute.
