Tunani is a Hausa word which literally means “think” or “Thinking”. Tunani Africa-Ghana serves as an autonomous not-for-profit organization limited by guarantee Public Policy “Think Right” tank with like minded professionals seeking to change the mindset evolution of political leadership and resource management in Africa.
The focus of our team is to put out objective, independent analysis, assessment and provision of excellent alternative policies to enhance effective and transparent governance in Africa.
Our mandate is not to critique the government in power but rather to address gaps in public policies or relevant governance issues and offer the best alternative solutions by applying globally accepted standards.
As well, we will focus on undertaking corporate training and capacity building programs for young intellects through intellectual and scholar exchange with accredited national institutions, technocrats, policy makers and reputable international organizations.
As a team, we are all responsible to initiate discussions that will broaden the debate on public policies to enhance economic growth and as well strengthen the pillars of democracy in Africa.
Our Immediate Focus will however be Channeled towards the discourse of current Issues/policies in Ghana and develop alternative solutions that can improve the livelihood of the average Ghanaian.
We achieve this mission through the publication of high quality applied research, practical policy analysis and advisory services, and policy focused dissemination and discourse.

The Lead Partner is the head of all partners and combines the responsibilities of both associate and fellow partners. He directs the operations of the entire organization and delegates responsibilities for the other partners. He is assisted by two assistant associate partners in charge of finance and administration duties.
Our Associate Partners (APs) are the backbone of the daily operations of the organization. They are responsible to conduct rigorous research and provide recommendations on government policies. They are also responsible for writing communique on pressing issues confronting the African continent.
Similarly, our APs are responsible for writing mini-reportsand reporting findings on Key discoveries, ideas and alternative solutions on current issues in their respective field.
Our Fellow Partners (FP) are highly repute professionals with several years of working experience in their field. The FPs work as advisors and consultants to our teamand as well responsible for producing quality and extensive research.
